CDL-A Truck Driver 75-100K/Yr - 2500 Sign On - Home Weekly - Full Benefits

Class A Drivers get home weekly on a dedicated account running IL, WI, IN and MI. Drivers annual pay is $75-$100K (depending on experience and how hard you work) with full benefits. Additionally there is a $2500 sign on bonus and you can bring a rider and a pet.

Drivers assigned to tractors after completing 2 day ride along with a current driver. This training is paid at $150/Day

o Pay starts at $0.82 up to .85CPM to start with $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload.

o Operation in IL, WI, IN, MI. and drivers are home weekly for a minimum of their 34

o Sign on Bonus of $2500 paid out as follows:

o $250 after first load and at 30, 60, 120 and 150 days

o $500 after 90 days

o $750 after 180 days

o Full benefits start after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401K, 1 week PTO first year and more

o Driver can have a rider and a pet as soon as their training is over on the account. Drivers are paid $150/day training is 2 days

o Training is 2 days and pays $150/Day.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS 100% DRIVER UNLOAD. DRIVER WILL PLACE BOXES ON CONVEYOR BELT AND BOXES WILL BE STORED BY STORE PERSONNEL. DRIVER DOES NOT DO ANY UNLOADING FROM THE CONVEYOR BELT

WE DO NOT HIRE ANY DRIVER THAT HAS EVER FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG OR ALCOHOL TEST REGARDLESS OF WHETER YOU HAVE COMPLETED SAP PROGRAM

Requirements

· Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time)

· No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

· No major moving violations in the last 12 months

· No major at fault CMV accidents in the last five years. This includes any accident that results in an injury, a jack knife or rollover.

· No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years

· No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years

· Can not have more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last two years

· Can not have more than more than 3 jobs in the last year

· If you have been terminated from a previous job for safety you must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered
