Job#: 3056519 Job Description: Recruiter Location: Arlington, Virginia (On-site) COMPENSATION: $26 - $36 HOURLY Role Overview Our organization is seeking a dedicated talent acquisition professional to manage full-lifecycle recruiting activities. The successful candidate will drive the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all prospective employees. This position requires immediate collaboration with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute strategic recruitment plans. Key Responsibilities Manage full-lifecycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Conduct thorough reference checks and facilitate the offer negotiation process. Coordinate and lead orientation sessions for newly hired employees to ensure seamless onboarding. Perform exit interviews and document feedback to support organizational retention strategies. Process change-of-status documentation and maintain accurate candidate records. Utilize established guidelines and industry best practices to meet hiring objectives. Collaborate regularly with supervisors and managers to align recruitment activities with business needs. Required Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field of specialty is preferred. Experience: Zero to two years of professional recruiting experience within talent acquisition or a related human resources function. Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, standard office software, and knowledge of commonly used recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
