School-Based Behavioral Health Counselor & Case Manager
Swope Health Services
Swope Health Services seeks a School Based Behavioral Health Liaison to provide counseling and case management to students and families on-site during school hours. You will conduct intake assessments, document charts, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
Collaborate with school staff to set treatment goals and develop comprehensive care plans, while meeting productivity expectations and reporting requirements.
