PRN Pharmacist

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBig South Fork Medical Center, a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital is recruiting for a PRN Pharmacist.PRN Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical services to meet the needs of patients, clinical departments, medical staff and the hospital.

Provides patient care/services for all stages of the lifespan including pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. Education, Experience, Knowledge and SkillsGraduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree. Four (4) years experience in hospital pharmacy; including IV preparation, DUE/CQI activities, and supervisory experience.

Ability to communicate well with people in person or over the telephone and with written communication.Ability to assess and react to situationsMust be motivated and work independently.Must be flexible with work schedule.Must be able to perform at a fast pace and/or stressful environment.Ability to listen and maintain confidentiality.Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration:
