Salary Range: 72,592.00 - 119,766.00 USD
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.

Department of Pediatrics We are seeking a Child Psychologist specialized in Developmental Pediatrics to join our team at Saint Peter's Children's Hospital
in New Brunswick, NJ. Overview A Developmental Pediatrics Psychologist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats children and adolescents with developmental, behavioral, and psychological challenges, working collaboratively with medical teams and families to support each child's growth and well-being. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and developmental assessments for children with conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and developmental delays.
- Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans addressing cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and social development.
- Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions to children and their families.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, neurologists, educators, and therapists as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
- Consult with schools and community agencies to support children's educational and social needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide guidance and psychoeducation to parents and caregivers.

- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or School Psychology
- Licensed as a Psychologist in New Jersey
- Specialized training or experience in pediatric and developmental population
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
