Qualifications: • • Experience in leading pharmacy operations, with a focus on regulatory compliance and operational excellence. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers. • Ability to develop and expand clinical services, including non-sterile compounding programs. • Proficiency in using advanced pharmacy systems like PioneerRx to optimize workflow and improve patient outcomes. • Strong leadership skills to recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing pharmacy team. • Experience in managing inventory, financial performance, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and profitability. Compensation: $50 - $62 hourly
