**Required Skills/Certs/Exp:** - Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years (prefers 3 years) - Skills: Circulate, Sterile vaginal exam, Immediate newborn care - Certs: BCLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP - Experience with >300 births per month **Preferred Experience:** - Experience in large/high volume similar setting - Strongly prefer RN with circulate to OR experience **Certifications:** - AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP - Will accept C-EFM in lieu of AWHONN **Charting System:** - Experience with Epic required **Additional Skills:** - Facility births/month >300, High Risk Antepartum, Infant/neonatal arrest - Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, LDRP, OCT (Oxytocin Challenge Tests), Pain assessment & management - Must have experience with >300 births per month **Licensure:** - NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal **Patient Experience:** - Patient Ratio Experience - Experience with Neonates, Adolescents, Adults **Floating:** - Open to floating within women's unit (Special Maternity Care - High risk OB) **Testing and Modules:** - Candidate must go into the lab within 48 hours after signing - All testing must be completed within 48 hours - Pre-start modules: Acute Care (~8-10 hours), Non-Acute (~4-5 hours) - Conducted online using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
