Base pay range $20.00/hr - $20.00/hr Direct message the job poster from HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm Healthcare Claim Analyst (Provider Side) Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only) Duration: 5–6 Month Contract (High chance of extension) Shift: Late shift preferred (PST / MST / CST candidates ideal) Job Summary We are seeking a Provider Services / Claims Analyst to support inbound and outbound calls from healthcare providers and members. This role focuses on claims support, eligibility & benefits, and provider relations in a fast‑paced, remote call‑center environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls related to claims, eligibility & benefits, and provider inquiries Assist with claim status, reprocessing, billing questions, and EOB requests Support provider contract and demographic update requests Make occasional outbound calls for follow‑ups and issue resolution Use multiple systems to ensure accurate information and first‑call resolution Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required Required Skills & Experience Customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred) Claims, billing, or provider services experience is a plus Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills Comfortable working in a structured, queue‑based environment Strong computer, typing, and time‑management skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Schedule orian Training: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CST Post‑Training: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CST / 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST Additional Information Equipment provided; high‑speed internet required Strong attendance and reliability are essential Seniority level Associate Contract \ovne Job function Customer Service Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
