Job Description:

We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the General Dentistry industry. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and customer service. Responsibilities include answering multiline phones to schedule new and existing patient appointments, utilizing CDT dental procedure codes to schedule patient appointments, checking in patients for their appointments in a timely manner, ensuring HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions with strict adherence, assisting with patient information and data to ensure all information is accurate and complete, providing excellent customer service to patients with empathy and compassion, maintaining detailed organization of patient records and appointment scheduling with meticulousness, and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the reception area. These job duties are a basic overview and will be discussed in further detail during the interview with the dental practice. Requirements include 1-3 years of experience in a dental office setting with a proven track record, a high school diploma, familiarity with Open Dental, Weave Denti-Cal insurance, and PPO insurance.
