Cardiology NP: Palliative & Heart Failure Care

6AM City, LLC is seeking a dedicated Cardiology Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role in Shelby, NC. This position involves providing compassionate care for patients with life-threatening illnesses and managing both inpatient and outpatient heart failure cases. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, guide patients and families, and ensure that high-quality hospice care is delivered.
