Director of Sales

We're Hiring!

Barbasol (Perio, Inc.) has an immediate opening for a full-time Director of Sales to lead our sales force in building and maintaining successful working relationships with our retail and other business partners!

You will apply your experience and expertise in selling and negotiating Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) to:

• Create and execute sales strategies within your portfolio of national mass, food, drug, and dollar retail partners.
• Increase company revenue through direct management of our National Account Managers, Strategy & Insights team, E-commerce, and Sales Support Staff.
• Grow Barbasol and Pure Silk revenue and market share by identifying competitor and category trends and recommending growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the SVP Sales on new business opportunities with the ultimate goal of expanding your key account portfolio.
• Deliver excellence to our customers through careful management of the entire sales process, from order generation through payment.

Requirements

If you're inspired by what you have read so far, please submit your application demonstrating the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in sales, business, marketing, or related field. Additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated success in Sales or Marketing roles, inclusive of team management, as typically acquired by 7+ years of experience, and preferably in CPG roles.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

Work Environment:

• This job function is primarily performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Requires "Sedentary Work" and involves sitting most of the time
• Communicates orally and electronically with co-workers, clients, and vendors. Must be able to maintain professionalism and composure during all conversations
