Anesthesiology Physician

Southern Ohio Medical Center (SOMC) in Portsmouth, Ohio is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our established and collegial anesthesia team. Compensation & Benefits:

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000

Medical School Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000

Position Highlights:

• Southern Ohio Medical Center Portsmouth, Ohio

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. (cases begin at 7:30 a.m.)

  • Hours may extend past 3:30 p.m. with add-on surgical cases

• Staffing: 8 Anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs

• Call Schedule:

  • Weekday call: 1:5 (7:00 a.m. 7:00 a.m.)

  • Weekend call: 1:5 (Friday 7:00 a.m. Monday 7:00 a.m.)

  • Post-call day off

  • Pay-for-call (CERP) program available
