Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team and deliver top-quality plumbing solutions for a variety of commercial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety standards. Your expertise will help keep water systems functioning efficiently, contribute to remodeling projects, and support the overall success of construction sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your construction plumbing skills while providing exceptional customer service and technical proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal components
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute precise plumbing layouts
Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs effectively
Perform plumbing system inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate, ensuring compliance with local building codes
Utilize soldering/brazing techniques for pipe fabrication or repair as needed on construction sites or remodeling projects
Maintain a high standard of safety by adhering to construction site protocols and heavy lifting guidelines while handling materials and equipment
Experience:
Proven construction experience with a focus on commercial plumbing projects
Skilled in underground, top out, and trim phases
Hands-on experience with commercial plumbing construction sites
Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently across various job sites
Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems and construction standards
Capable of performing heavy lifting, and basic math calculations necessary for precise installations
