About the Role:
Join ABA RESULTS LLC as a Student Analyst/Supervisee, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission to enhance the lives of individuals through effective behavioral analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside a dedicated team in Fort Myers, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in data collection and analysis to support behavioral assessments and interventions.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Observe and document client progress during sessions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client outcomes and strategies.
• Provide support in the training and supervision of new staff and interns.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Completed a bachelor's degree in psychology, Education, or related field.
• Pursuing a master's in applied behavior analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in a clinical or educational setting is a plus.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must pass background checks and maintain confidentiality.
