Role Summary

We are looking for a high-performing customer service professional to join our team at our Fort Myers Branch (5030 S Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers, FL 33907). Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
• Manage a teller window
• Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's)
• Resolve customer issues
• Assist in all areas of the branch

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 3+ years of high-volume cashing-handling experience
• Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
• Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
• Exposure to conventional first mortgages is a plus

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
