Are you in?Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleProduct Deviation Management and process audits for microelectronics (MIL types)Responsible for Deviation Management to assure compliance to MIL standards.Assures NMR containment activity, material disposition, and corrective action (FRACA).Familiar with the use of failure analysis equipment and techniques and helps define course of analysis for failed components in order to reach failure root cause.Maintain a strong working knowledge of manufacturing, screening, and conformance inspection activities; provide tactical support to manufacturing activities.Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities via 8D programs.Interface with factory and provide guidance on technical matters relating to product and process quality.Provide technical review for change management activity (TRB).Oversees First Articles and CSI (as needed).Conduct internal process and test method audits.Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeedMinimum BS degree in a related field.
