Description:
When you choose this position, you will benefit from a large selection of specialized services and unique programs.
You will provide one-on-one and hands-on physical therapy.
You will specialize in individualized treatments emphasizing manual therapy techniques.
You will manage recovery after surgeries, including hip, knee, shoulder, spine, and ankle surgeries.
You will work closely with surgeons and physicians to provide coordinated care.
You will help patients return to their daily routines and recreational activities.
You will utilize instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to effectively treat areas with soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.
You will use trigger point dry needling to reduce pain and improve muscle function.
You will apply various modalities to strengthen, relax, and heal muscles, including iontophoresis, electrical stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, taping, and cupping.
You will guide patients through corrective exercise to improve muscle imbalances and functional movement.
You will evaluate biomechanics for custom orthotics and address areas of concern.
You will promote safe sports practices and offer educational programs to prevent sports-related injuries.
You will assess workplace health and safety needs.
You will help improve strength and balance for fall prevention and manage vestibular disorders.
