Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment between candidates and internal interviewers. Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters throughout the interview process. Manage and update interview details in the Phenom People CRM. Prepare and send interview confirmations, agendas, and follow‑up communications to all stakeholders. Assist with candidate travel arrangements (if applicable). Maintain and track data to support reporting on interview logistics and hiring activity. Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks. Contribute to projects that enhance the TA team's efficiency, candidate experience, and employer brand. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
