• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small-part studies

• Work hand-in-hand with radiologists and physicians to generate high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and promptly address any malfunctions
• Document procedures accurately and keep up-to-date patient records using electronic medical systems
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound technologies and imaging best practices

Educational Background

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preference for candidates who have completed a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Required Certifications

• Hold current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a comparable organization
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is also preferred

Essential Skills

• Proficient in sonographic imaging procedures and patient positioning
