Warehouse Manager

Baybrook Remodelers, Inc. – West Haven, CT

Starting Salary: $80,000 per year

Baybrook Remodelers, Inc., a well-established residential remodeling company serving Connecticut homeowners, is seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and material procurement.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring our field crews have the right materials, delivered to the right job, at the right time.  Knowledge of residential construction materials, including flooring, doors, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, and finish products is a must - please do not apply if you do not have at least (5) years of knowledge in residential construction materials. 

Responsibilities

• Order flooring, doors, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, trim, hardware, and other building materials.
• Maintain inventory levels and organize warehouse stock.
• Coordinate deliveries with vendors and project managers.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Manage and supervise:
• • Four Material Runners/Drivers
  • One Warehouse Attendant
• Schedule daily deliveries to active job sites.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and backorders.
• Resolve material shortages and vendor issues quickly.
• Work closely with project managers to meet construction schedules.
• Assist in improving warehouse systems and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management, construction materials, or building supply distribution.
• Knowledge of residential construction materials, including flooring, doors, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, and finish products is a must - please do not apply if you do not have at least (5) years of knowledge in residential construction materials. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, specifically Word & Outlook)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
