Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary The organization is seeking a full-time Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Registered Nurse (RN) in York, Maine. The position involves providing specialized nursing care in interventional cardiology procedures, including advanced techniques such as transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and cardioversion, with flexibility to support Interventional Radiology (IR). This role requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and adherence to safety and procedural protocols. Job Details Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, scheduled for four 10-hour days from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with call responsibilities. Required Qualifications: Active RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Proven experience in TEE, cardioversion procedures, and Interventional Radiology (IR), including circulating and pre/post care. Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role preferred. Schedule: Dayshift, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Must be within 20 minutes of the facility for standard call and within 30 minutes for emergency call coverage. Proof of influenza vaccination is mandated by the State of Maine. This assignment spans 13 weeks, starting on 09/14/2026, and ending on 12/14/2026.
