Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant | Outpatient Occ Health & Primary Care Clinic

We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate at an employer-sponsored occupational health and primary care clinic in Salem, OH. In this role, you will offer occupational health screenings, treat workplace injuries and illnesses, perform fit-for-duty exams, drug/urine screening, hearing surveillance, DOT physicals, as well as primary care services, managing chronic diseases, and advocating for patient health and wellness. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Manage only 10-14 patients per day

• $115,000 – $150,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Active license & current AANP, ANCC or NCCPA board certification required
• Independent practice experience, including treating patients 2+ years
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
