The Opportunity Seeking Hospitalist medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Skilled Nursing Facility or Post-Acute experience preferred. Current national certification, DEA, and ACLS required. Current IL state license is a plus.

The Practice La Bella of Alton Alton, Illinois Located 3 miles from Alton Memorial Hospital. 180-bed facility with an average of 131.3 residents a day during the fourth quarter of 2023. Inpatient skilled nursing care, including orthopedic, stroke rehabilitation and cardiac programs. Hospice Care, Respite Care, Wound Care programs, respiratory care programs, and bariatric care are also available.
