We’re looking to hire an experienced HVAC Technician ASAP to join our team and support Multifamily properties across the Houston & DFW markets.

We’re looking for someone who knows HVAC inside and out — from diagnostics and troubleshooting to installations, repairs, maintenance, and everything in between.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Multifamily HVAC experience

• Experienced with all types of AC systems

• Ground-level, rooftop, attic, and difficult-access equipment experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Experienced with HVAC installs, repairs, preventative maintenance & replacements

• Knowledge of current refrigerant requirements / new refrigerant regulations

• All required HVAC certifications and licensing

• Must have your own professional tools and equipment

• Able and willing to travel between Houston & DFW markets as needed

• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

Multifamily experience is strongly preferred. We need someone who understands the pace, expectations, and unique challenges that come with working in apartment communities.
