This role is responsible for optimizing, securing, administration, and monitoring the network connectivity for Microsoft 365 services. This includes ensuring smooth performance for applications included in the Office 365 Productivity Suite. This role utilizes industry’s best practices to ensure availability, accessibility, adoption, compliance, and user support.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Experience in managing and maintaining the Microsoft 365 enterprise environmentConfiguration and administration skills for Microsoft 365 enterprise environmentExperience monitoring health and performance of the Microsoft 365 enterprise environmentKnowledge of security best practices and compliance measures, for Microsoft 365 enterprise environment such as data loss prevention, multifactor authentication, and conditional access policiesTraining skills to optimize Microsoft 365 application adoptionExperience providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance1 year of experience in Microsoft 365 managementExperience administering Meraki network infrastructure, including switch management, wireless access point deployment and support, firmware upgrades, and Palo Alto firewall administration.Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and SFTP.Our office is in downtown Raleigh, NC.
