Eye Care Center General Manager — Bonus Eligible

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an ophthalmic office, partnering with doctors and support teams to deliver a personalized eyecare experience. You will own patient experiences, financial P&L, team performance, and office operations while serving as the brand ambassador in the community. As Office Leader you will recruit, train, coach, and mentor staff, drive KPI performance, ensure HR compliance, and maintain an exceptional service standard, with some evening and weekend shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr MyEyeDr.
