Patient Services Coordinator

Preferred Qualifications At least one year of front-desk, administrative or patient-service experience Experience in a medical, dental, physical therapy, chiropractic or other outpatient setting Experience with patient scheduling, registration or insurance verification Familiarity with electronic health record or patient-management systems Knowledge of medical terminology Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong experience in scheduling, administration, reception or high-volume customer service are encouraged to apply.
