Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients. Conduct initial client interviews and gather detailed information regarding medical care, injuries, accidents, and damages. Obtain and verify relevant information, including accident details, medical care, insurance information, and potential opposing parties. Maintain client contact information spreadsheet. Prepare and send initial correspondence to potential clients. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
