Job Title

PACU Registered Nurse

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Five 8-hour day shifts with variable start times; rotating call coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care and monitoring for patients recovering from surgical or procedural sedation
• Assess and manage patient pain, airway, hemodynamic stability, and level of consciousness in the PACU setting
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to ensure safe patient transitions from the OR to recovery
• Participate in on-call rotation covering nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current PACU or post-anesthesia care experience>
• Current flu vaccine required
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Ability to fulfill on-call obligations including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing or contract assignment experience
• ACLS and/or CPAN certification
