Job Description

We are hiring a Skilled Carpenter with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing team. Our work spans residential remodeling, custom finish carpentry, and commercial cabinet and millwork installations.

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and professional — someone who takes pride in their craft and is ready to contribute to high-quality projects throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinet installation, and millwork
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and detailed plans (preferred but not required)
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Travel daily to project locations across CT and Western MA
Communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and clients when needed

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience
Strong attention to detail and high standards for finished work
Must have your own basic hand tools and tool belt
Reliable daily transportation to job sites
Must be punctual, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
