Clinician - Child & Family Services (LCSW or LMHC Required)

You'll play a critical role in supporting emotional well-being, development, and stability for individuals and families through evidence-based interventions and compassionate clinical practice.

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
• Support children and families through individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate
• Deliver services that promote emotional well-being, development, and long-term stability
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and caregivers
• Ensure services align with a person-centered, strengths-based approach
• Uphold quality, service excellence, and ethical clinical practices

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Active licensure as LCSW or LMHC (required)
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of related clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Valid driver's license for community-based service delivery
