Licensed Pharmacist – Long-Term Care (LTC) About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Licensed Pharmacist to join a Long-Term Care pharmacy team serving long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who values medication safety, clinical accuracy, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Review medication orders for appropriate drug selection, dosage, interactions, and administration. Verify medications are accurately prepared, dispensed, and labeled. Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and healthcare professionals regarding medication-related concerns. Supervise medication preparation and dispensing activities. Recommend therapy changes to physicians and facility staff when clinically appropriate. Investigate and resolve medication-related questions and issues. Maintain accurate patient profiles, including medical history and clinical/laboratory information. Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations. Qualifications Active Pharmacist license with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy — Required Previous Long-Term Care pharmacy experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, analytical, and critical-thinking skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong communication and multitasking skills Computer proficiency required FrameworkLTC experience is a plus Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as required What We Offer $60–$64/hour , based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Group life insurance Short-term disability Paid training Registration support #J-18808-Ljbffr
