• The salary range for this position is expected to be between $100,000+ per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

About the Role :


Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our client in their Los Angeles office. The role assists attorneys with civil litigation matters including business, employment, and insurance disputes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support all stages of civil litigation, including organizing, reviewing, and managing client documents.
• Review, redact, and prepare materials for document production.
• Manage e-discovery processes, including administration of platforms, coordinating document collection, maintaining data integrity, and tracking production deadlines.
• Retrieve, organize, and prepare exhibits for court filings and case materials.
• Review discovery requests and responses, summarize depositions, and assist with discovery preparation.
• Analyze medical and billing records and prepare page and line summaries.
• Draft subpoenas and coordinate document requests and productions.
• Communicate with attorneys, staff, clients, courts, and external vendors regarding case-related matters.
• Assist with document analysis, case charts, jurisdictional research, and expert information gathering.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of California civil litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent training.
• Experience managing e-discovery platforms and document productions.
• Trial preparation experience, including pre-trial pleadings, exhibit lists, witness lists, and trial support.
• Experience assisting attorneys at depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Experience with iManage or similar document management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Westlaw or LexisNexis legal research platforms.
