ERP Data Specialist

- # ERP Data SpecialistApply: Durham, NC: Full time: Posted Today: R\\_00107819**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* Data Input, Creation, and Maintenance: + Own creation of new SKUs in SAP ERP system, for all material types + Execute product updates and maintenance including, but not limited to: BOM adjustments, routing corrections, new material entries, etc. + Adhere to and help maintain SOPs for data processes and protocols.* Data Verification and Validation through regular audits of data to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies.* Support data entry and analysis for ERP and other database systems* Support Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, and Accounting / Finance in data entry, modeling, and reporting* Communicate effectively with Supply Chain, R&D, and operations teams to identify essential support and carry out productive solutions.* Identify and support implementing process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.* Follow company policies for data security and confidentiality.# Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. An associate degree and/or equivalent professional experience will be considered.* Knowledge of manufacturing and/or warehouse inventory systems is preferred.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.* Good communication skills for working with multiple departments.* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems required.* Intermediate skills in MS Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMs).* Working knowledge of MS Power BI and MS Copilot AI preferred.
