The Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation is a Tribal health care organization, serving nearly 30,000 people living across rural, southwest Alaska in villages with populations from about 10 to more than 1,000. Position Summary: This is an entry-level position in the Medical Records. Responsible for pulling & filing charts, shredding, archiving medical records, reception, screening, appointments, scanning and loose filing.

Position Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer Knowledge
• Filing or medical records experience preferred but will train on the job
• Printers, Copiers, Fax machines, Paper Shredders
• Once hired, must successfully pass (75% or higher) Records Custodian Class within 12 months from date of hire
• Good computer skills in Word and Excel programs
