Title: Materials Analyst
Location: Milpitas, California (Onsite)
Job Summary

• Manage material planning activities to support production schedules and customer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels, shortages, and material availability.
• Analyze inventory and supply chain data to improve planning accuracy.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient material flow within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze material requirements and maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Monitor and resolve material shortages, supply risks, and inventory issues.
• Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Generate inventory, forecasting, and material planning reports.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Warehouse teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 5 years of Materials Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Must-Have Experience

• Material requirements planning.
• Inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
• Material shortage and supply risk analysis.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Cross-functional coordination in manufacturing operations.
