QUALIFICATIONS: U.S. Citizenship: You MUST be a U.S. citizen to apply. Active Notary Commission: You should hold a current and active Notary Commission for your respective state in the U.S. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Experience: You should have a minimum of one year of experience in fields relevant to notary work. Education: High school diploma or GED is mandatory. Background Check: A background check is a part of the application process. SKILLS: Proficiency in MS Office 365 is essential. Excellent communication skills are crucial. Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization abilities are necessary. JOB REQUIREMENTS: To excel in this role, you will need access to a computer, Internet connectivity, and a well-equipped home office setup. PAYMENT: Compensation for your services will range from $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment, with each signing taking approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
