Quantity Surveyor

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join one of its clients operating within construction and fit‑out projects across Malta. This role involves direct responsibility for cost control, procurement, and financial management across multiple projects, supporting delivery from planning through to completion. Responsibilities Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed cost estimates based on drawings and specifications Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations, identifying cost implications, discrepancies, and savings Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets Track and manage variations and additional works Support procurement processes, including scopes of work and contractor selection Assist with contract administration, including valuations, claims, payments, and final accounts Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years' experience in quantity surveying, procurement, or cost control Proven experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation Knowledge of construction and fit‑out methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with costing or ERP systems is considered an asset What We Offer Involvement in diverse construction and fit‑out projects across Malta Exposure to real estate and retail expansion projects Career development opportunities within a growing organisation Competitive salary package Long‑term role within a stable and expanding business #J-18808-Ljbffr
