Behavior Technician Opportunities: In-Home

Shine Your Star ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians! We have multiple openings for  in-home, in Georgetown, Ipswich, and Merrimac MA!  We provide in-home services in the Merrimack Valley. This role is a great chance to make a difference in the lives of young children with special needs.

What You'll Do:

• Follow behavior plans created by the supervisor

• Work one-on-one with children

• Collect data on behaviors

• Collaborate with the care team

• Keep accurate notes

What You Need:

• Experience working with children, especially those with autism

• Understanding of behavior therapy techniques

• Ability to follow care plans

• Basic skills in data collection

• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines

• Good communication skills

• Certification in behavior management is a plus
