Our manufacturing and packaging operations supply beloved brands and leading private-label products. On our 2nd Shift (MondayFriday, 2:30 PM 10:30 PM, occasional Saturdays) , youll be the go-to expert ensuring equipment reliability and operational continuity.

Pay That Reflects Your Expertise

$38.00/hour base pay plus a $0.35/hour shift differential .

How Youll Contribute

• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to keep assets online.
• Maintain and improve packaging equipmentfillers, conveyors, palletizers, and bottling systems.
• Address electrical problems from 120V to 480Vincluding sensors, relays, photo-eyes, and motor terminations.
• Service pumps, motors, and variable speed drives to sustain performance.
• Install, modify, and repair conveyor types: roller, belt, chain, and Intralox.
• Execute PMs and safety inspections that prevent failures and reduce downtime.
• Capture work history and parts usage in CMMS (MaintainX) for traceability.
• Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and modifications using shop and fabrication tools.

Is This You?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of plant maintenance in manufacturing (packaging/food & beverage/plastics preferred).
• 2+ years of electrical troubleshooting up to 480V.
• 2+ years of fabrication and machining experience (mill, drill press).
• Can read schematics and follow work orders accurately.
• Experienced with CMMS (MaintainX, Maximo, SAP PM, Fiix, etc.).
• Welding experience preferred.
• Familiar with VFD or PLC troubleshooting.
• Background in chemical, CPG, or food-grade manufacturing is a plus.

Physical Realities of the Job

• Occasional 20 50 lb force; frequent 10 25 lb; regular handling up to 10 lb across the shift.
• Activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, and handling.
• Must be able to visually inspect parts and hear audible alarms/equipment signals, with or without accommodation.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base hourly rate of $38.00 per hour. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including your relevant skills and experience.
