Lead HVAC Technician

Position Overview Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling located in Warsaw, IN is looking to hire a full-time Lead HVAC Technician – Residential Service Leader to go into the homes of our clients, service and troubleshoot HVAC systems, and serve as the technical leader of our HVAC department. This is a working leadership position – you will continue running service calls while also mentoring other technicians and helping lead weekly trainings. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include servicing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems, managing service calls, mentoring technicians, leading weekly trainings, and participating in on‑call rotation. Benefits and Compensation Pay range is $75,000 – $85,000+ depending on experience and performance, with uncapped incentives and spiffs.
