MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT Connect Staffing is seeking a Tank Operator (Machine Operator) to fill an opening at a metal surfacing facility in Ontario, CA. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift, 3:30pm - 12:00pm + Weekend and OT required Requirements for the Tank Operator: • Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment • Must be able to read and understand processing and customer specification documents • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures • Ability to stand, sit, and use hands and fingers for extended periods of time • Safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day • Prior experience in roles such as Machine Operator, Chemical Process Operator, Metal Finishing Technician, Production Operator, or Manufacturing Associate is a plus! Benefits of the Tank Operator: • Health and dental benefits available • CalSavers retirement program available • Earn referral bonuses Responsibilities of the Tank Operator: • Inspect racks, parts, and tech sheets before processing to confirm job readiness • Sign off on tech sheets upon completion of each production job • Monitor and log tank temperatures throughout the shift; report any out-of-range readings to the supervisor • Assist with tank cleaning and maintenance as needed • Package and handle product carefully to prevent damage between work areas and during transit • Properly wear and use all required safety gear and PPE • Strip racks, pull and log seals in/out, and empty drying boxes without damaging parts All candidates meeting the minimum requirements will receive an SMS invite to an AI-based interview.
