Maintenance TechnicianSirius Staffing is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility operations in a fast-paced distribution/manufacturing environment in Whitsett, NC. Pay: $19/hr. Hours: 6:30a-3:30p. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and helping maintain a safe and organized work environment to minimize downtime and support daily operations.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on warehouse and manufacturing equipmentTroubleshoot and assist with basic equipment repairsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company safety procedures and guidelinesComplete assigned work orders in a timely mannerCommunicate equipment concerns and repair updates effectively with team membersMaintain inventory of maintenance tools, repair parts, and suppliesSupport maintenance and engineering teams with daily operational needsOperate equipment such as electric forklifts and scissor lifts as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience requiredAbility to work independently with limited supervisionBasic knowledge of manufacturing/distribution equipment and systemsBasic understanding of motorized material handling equipment and electric forkliftsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to work in a fast-paced industrial environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with PLC-based applications in an industrial settingExperience with industrial electrical wiring, power distribution, or electrical systemsKnowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic conveyor systemsFamiliarity with Zebra and Lexmark printersKnowledge of tooling and calibration servicesIndustrial Electrician CertificationAssociate or 4-year degree in Maintenance, Electronics, or related field preferredSirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
