About the Position

Position: Interim Emergency Services Manager (RN)
Location: California
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements:

• Active California RN License

• Current BLS Certification

• TB clearance completed within the previous 12 months

• Minimum of 5 years of Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience

• Minimum of 2 years of management/leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of emergency department operations, staffing, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance

Job Summary:

The Interim Emergency Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role provides leadership and direction to nursing and support staff, manages staffing and scheduling, monitors departmental performance, and collaborates with physicians and hospital leadership to achieve organizational goals.
