Receptionist


A fast-growing local company is seeking a part-time Receptionist to perform a variety of clerical tasks to help keep things running smoothly.


Responsibilities:


As a receptionist you will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, setting appointments, maintaining inventory of supplies, performs data entry, typing documents and correspondence, photocopying, scanning, and faxing, and keeping office neat and tidy.


Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or the equivalent.
• At least one year of previous work experience
• Be neat, well groomed, and have a courteous, pleasant manner
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer service and problem solving skills
• Clerical skills including word processing and filing

Workdays and Hours are flexible
