As a Breakfast Cook , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes that set the tone for our guests’ day. You will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing breakfast classics with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. Flexibility to assist with lunch service is a plus. Unlike most restaurants, we also offer cooks an equal share of the tips earned during their shifts , recognizing the essential contribution you make through both your skill and your teamwork.Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Weekend availability is required
- Ability to cover full breakfast shifts, with occasional lunch support

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to established specifications before and during service
- Measure and portion ingredients accurately, following portion sizes and quality standards
- Cook all menu items to proper specifications in a timely manner
- Operate kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, pots, pans, steamers, grills, and ovens
- Maintain correct food temperatures and ensure proper storage
- Monitor freshness and quality of all ingredients and dishes
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked
- Follow all health codes and sanitation regulations
- Set up and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply waste control guidelines and record all waste
- Perform additional duties as directed by management
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience as a Prep Cook or Line Cook
- Ability to read and follow recipes and food abbreviations
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to coordinate multiple orders quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to follow procedures and take direction effectively
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating, and adjusting recipe proportions
- Weekend availability is required
