The successful candidate will have training and clinical experience in relevant activities, including coverage of the antepartum service and labor and delivery, obstetrical ultrasound, prenatal diagnostic procedures, and perinatal consultation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to function in a consultative role are required. Faculty rank and salary are based upon qualifications and experience.

There are significant efforts in genetics and genomics across the department, and prenatal genetics play a major role in these efforts. The department, in collaboration with the Fetal Treatment Center and Pediatric Cardiology, is expanding outreach and clinical opportunities.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. The minimum base salary range for this position is $131,200–$344,400. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan, providing eligibility for additional compensation.
