Two contract, full-time positions are available for dedicated School Psychologists eager to make a meaningful impact in secondary education settings. You’ll join experienced teams to promote student well-being while gaining valuable experience in diverse school communities.

Position Details:

• Full-time contract roles (35 hours per week)
• Onsite at a respected high school and middle school, each offering a unique opportunity
• First opening runs ASAP through May 2027, with the possibility to extend and cover the remainder of the school year
• Second opening is brand new, running ASAP through March 30, 2027
• Immediate start dates for both positions
• Evaluation administration and PPT (Planning and Placement Team) reporting are core responsibilities
• Zoom interviews for a convenient and timely hiring process

Required Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist licensure and certification in Connecticut
• Demonstrated school-based experience, supporting children or adolescents in educational settings
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage caseloads and collaborate with educators and families
• Familiarity with evaluation tools and reporting requirements for special education eligibility
• Commitment to fostering safe, positive, and inclusive school climates

Key Duties:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and contribute to PPT meetings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement supports
• Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
• Advocate for student needs and facilitate access to resources
