Seeking a full-time salaried AI Implementation Specialist, this remote position will identify, design, and deploy AI-driven solutions to optimize internal workflows and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Conduct business process and needs analysis to identify areas for AI optimization and translate business objectives into technical execution plans Design user journeys and application architecture for new tools, ensuring solutions are intuitive and scalable while tracking key performance metrics Lead AI implementation by guiding code generation, exploring various AI-assisted development tools, and managing the rapid prototyping lifecycle Required Qualifications Proven experience in autonomous app building using platforms like Base44 and Replit Agent Strong technical literacy, including understanding of APIs, databases, and software components Experience in Business Analysis, Operations Management, or Product Management with a strategic approach to technology Solid grasp of product design and user experience fundamentals for building effective internal tools Resourceful and curious mindset with a passion for exploring emerging AI frameworks and platforms
