Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as our Copy Print & Ship Department Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the center, properly preparing and recording shipments with professional packing services and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day Copy, Print and Ship retail operations
• Assist associates with tasks, issues, and training required
• Delegate jobs at hand to associates when needed
• Work with associates to create an optimized work schedule, and help to cover shifts as needed.
• Utilize point of sale system to process sales transactions, make change, and invoice customers
• Transfer packages to storage areas, which may require some heavy lifting.
• Assisting customers with faxing, copying, and scanning documents.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Ensure center cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance
• Process end-of-day shipping manifests upon carrier pickup and verify package counts
• Manage cash handling and ensure accurate end-of-day reports
• Assist in professional and quick print orders as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have dependable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for several hours at a time
• Must have a dynamic personality with a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor
• Must be organized both in tasks and workspace
• Must be able to handle customer and employee interactions with professionalism, regardless of situation
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings as scheduled
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Skills & Knowledge: 

• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often serving multiple customers at one time
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative applications
• Proficient with operating mobile devices including smartphones and tablets
• Experience with operating copiers, printers, laminators, and fax machines

Language Requirement: 

• Native English verbal skills are required to properly perform key aspects of this position
• Fluent conversational Spanish is a highly considered candidate trait

COMPENSATION:
Starting pay: $17 - $19 per hour, based upon previous experience

• Payroll schedule: Weekly

SCHEDULE:

• Typical 40 hour work week
• Rotating on/off work weekends

OPERATION HOURS:

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
